By accessing and using Pro-Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Pro-Logistics provides courier and logistics services including package pickup, transportation, tracking, and delivery. We offer various service levels from economy to overnight delivery.
Service availability and delivery times may vary based on location, package size, and other factors.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Package items securely and appropriately
- Declare contents accurately and honestly
- Not ship prohibited or illegal items
- Pay all applicable fees and charges
4. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be shipped using our services:
- Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
- Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
- Illegal drugs and substances
- Live animals (except approved carriers)
- Perishable food items without proper packaging
- Currency, bearer instruments, and precious metals
5. Liability and Insurance
All packages include basic insurance up to $100. Additional insurance is available for purchase. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the package or the purchased insurance amount, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Claims and Disputes
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of the shipment date. We will investigate all claims and respond within 5-7 business days. Resolution may include refund, reshipment, or insurance payment based on the circumstances.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of shipment creation. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Business accounts may qualify for NET-30 payment terms. Late payments may incur fees and service suspension.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
